I just had to reinstall RoyalTS because of a laptop issue (XP SP3) and now my host no longer passes the Windows key combinations through to the sessions. Any suggestions to help would be appreciated. Bump, looking for resolution, I am at the 10 client free limit and will either be licensing if this is resolved or replacing.
SOLVED ** I uninstalled the software, rebooted the machine (probably not really needed), and deleted code4ward directories that were left in both ProgramFiles and in my user profile Application Data, then reinstalled the software. Now the windows keys work, and my skin was updated to the one used by the new version.
