Hi

Just wondering if there is a way to reset the 10 users maximum licenses on a file?
I thought this would be the perfect solution to log into all my pc's at home but now 6mths into using the shareware version it is telling me that it can't let me login because I can't have more than 10 users connected to the same file. The file has no one but me using it. The only thing I can think of is that over the last 6mths I have probablly had 10 different pc's or pc's with fresh windows installs use the file. The problem came about after I reinstalled windows on my main pc which I was previously using royal ts on fine, but now after the reload it's giving me this problem.
I'm hoping there is a way to reset the file withou having to create the file from scratch again.

thanks

Hi,

I'm not sure if I get this right. Can you tell me how many connections you have configured? If you've never installed a license key, Royal TS shouldn't allow you to create more than 10 connections. So I am wondering how you managed to create a file with more than 10 connections in the first place...
