Greetings,

I work in QA at Appistry, Inc.  Daily I access over 50 Windows PCs that are used for QA testing.  Prior to Royal TS I was using Remote Desktop Connection to connect to each PC one at a time, usually having to type in the IP of the PC as the IP dropdown of Remote Desktop only remembers the last 10 IPs entered.  This was acceptable when there were only 5 or 10 PCs QA ran tests on, but as our product has grown to support more operating systems and serval types of virtual machines the QA test environment has grown tenfold in the last 12 months.

Royal TS was brought to my attention.  I tried it.  I loved it.  Appistry purchased a license for me and now I am married to the product.

I also have several older Windows PCs that tests are run on that do not have Remote Desktop, just VNC.  I still have to VNC into those boxes, but I understand Royal TS will be adding support for VNC in the future, and at that point Appistry QA will be able to access all Windows QA boxes via Royal TS and I will be a very happy man.

Thanks,
Ben Baker
Lead QA Engineer
Appistry, Inc.
