Hi There,

I made a huge file with a lot of servers and set a password on the file.

Since my computer crashed, I can not open the file anymore. Very anoying because this caused me so much time.

This is the error I got: www.imagebam.com/image/1de26358950541

 any thoughts?

I use version 1.5.1.25847

Greetings

Hi,

what encryption did you use? Whole file or just the passwords? If you chose whole file and your file is corrupt now, there's no chance to reconstruct other from restoing it from the most recent backup. If you chose only passwords, we could examine the corrupt file and try to save what's still left.

regards,

Stefan

Stefan,

Same issue here, I closed royalts yesterday night and reopened this morning and he can not open the file anymore :(
Tried copying some elements from old file to a new file but I must be doing something wrong as the new file stops working then also (even with 1 category element)

Can I send the file to you for repair or can you send me instructions?

Regards
Jack

I could use some help also. I just had my first problem with RoyalTS and a corrupt rts file. No password on it. I saved it after entering in a bunch of stuff then restarted my computer. Now getting the "Unable to open file..." message. I've tried renaming the settings files as decribed in the FAQ. Any other help?

I have a ton of info in this file!

Thanks
